2000px-UCAS_logo.svgUCAS are holding ther first ever Teacher and Adviser Focus Week!

It’s a chance for you to engage with UCAS’ experts – to ask questions, receive information, and suggest ideas – and share your experiences with other teachers and advisers.

Here’s how to get involved…

Sign up online

Got some burning questions to grill their experts on? Check out the  agenda (464.76 KB) and register for one of our online Q&A webinars, web chats, or Facebook live sessions.

They’ll be covering everything from key UK and international adviser insights, to routes into teaching, using UCAS Progress, and navigating Apply 2017.

The first 20 to register get a UCAS goody bag, packed with posters and handouts for your students.

Ask a question

Did you know UCAS have a dedicated schools support team exclusively for teachers and advisers? Hashmita Patel and her team in Cheltenham, are ready to answer any questions you have, wherever your school or college is based.

Give them a call on +44 (0)345 123 8001 or email them a question, quoting T+A Focus Week, and they’ll answer your questions live online between 21 – 25 November. The first 50 calls and emails get a UCAS badge and mug!

Talk to UCAS on Twitter

UCAS will be answering questions, and tweeting updates and photos throughout the week – @ucas_advisers.

Don’t forget to tag @ucas_advisers or include #UCAS4advisers in your messages, and they’ll retweet you. You’ll also have the chance to connect with other schools, colleges, teachers, and advisers.

Pre-empt student and parent questions with the UCAS widget

Got the UCAS widget on your school’s website or virtual learning environment (VLE)? It’s a great way of sharing important UCAS updates with your students and their parents, giving them timely admissions information when they need it. We’ll be promoting its benefits during our focus week.
