Applications are now open for the 2021 Choices Together Programme, an opportunity for care experienced young people in Years 10 and 11 to learn more about Higher Education, and the options available to them in the future.

Choices Together is an exciting opportunity for Care Experienced Young People to explore the options available to them after they leave full time education.

We’ll welcome participants online, as you take part in a series of academic and skills-based sessions to find out more about university, and to have a taster of a few subjects higher education has to offer.

This exciting Programme will run for three weeks, beginning with an Welcome Event by an amazing keynote speaker; Commonwealth Gold Medal winning swimmer Chris Cook! For the first time in its history, Choices Together will be coming to you online in 2021. Through a series of pre-recorded web-based sessions delivered by our fantastic Higher Education Ambassadors, we will explore different subjects and skills needed in higher education with a number of take-home activities. All resources will be supplied by the team by post the week before the Programme begins.

The sessions will all be available on our website, we’ll send all participants a letter with their log-in details soon after registration.

We work closely with local authorities and designated teachers to offer an interactive and informative programme of events that helps students find out more about Higher Education.

For further information, please contact the team by emailing, or by calling 0191 208 3128 and leaving a message. You can also download a PDF version of the flyer by clicking the button below.
