Supporting SEND: Transition to Uni 2016

We are delighted to announce we will be delivering the second Supporting SEND: Transition to Uni event in the next academic year.

On Wednesday 23 November 2016, the North East Raising Aspiration Partnership would like to invite parents, carers and advisers to an evening event at Newcastle University, to highlight the support services available for young people with specific learning difficulties in Higher Education.

The evening is for parents and advisers who support young people in Year 10 and above, with expert staff available to inform you of the available support at Higher Education and an update on Disabled Students Allowance (DSA). There will also be a variety of optional workshops aimed to equip you with enough information to assist the young people you support through their application.

Keep checking back for further updates and a provisional programme for event.

If you would like to book onto the event, please complete the booking form below or if your require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@nerap.ac.uk or call us on 0191 2083128.
